of French Polynesia's Post Office. Upon receipt and validation of your
order, allow 72h business working days to our shipping service to mail
it. Anãtural Tahiti will wrap and protect carefully all your products for the
shipment. You'll be informed by e-mail as soon as your parcel is shipped. You'll
receive at home your parcel around 15 days, due to long distance from French Polynesia
to your home.

been fully paid for by credit card. In the case of strikes, abnormal
weather, accidents, external forces beyond our control which are defined as
“force majeure,” we cannot be responsible for the delay in the supply of the
product or for their non-arrival. Naturally, we will do our best to insure the
consignment’s safe arrival. As a result of the security situation and terror
threats all over the world, customs or security personnel may open your package
for inspection.

Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will
be delighted with your purchases from Anãtural Tahiti. We want you to be
100% satisfied. We will exchange or refund goods that are in a resalable
condition, i.e. unopened and unused, but sorry, we are not able to exchange or
refund products which
have been used unless they are faulty.
Email livraison@anatural-tahiti.com and tell us the nature of your
return, if it is either for damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect
orders. Please ensure that any tags and stickers remain attached to the product
and that it is returned in its original packaging. We do not refund postage
costs. It takes around 15 working days to process the return. We will happily
replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.
